Shipping & Returns
Every piece is built to your exact dimensions after you order. Here's how long that takes, what shipping costs, and what we stand behind.
Lead time
Most orders leave our shop 2–3 weeks after payment. Large or complex orders can take longer, and we'll tell you up front if yours will. Need it sooner? Ask about rush production. We take rush jobs first come, first served.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate based on your order total and where it's going. The configurator adds it for you at checkout, so the price you pay is the price you see.

Region 1: AR, LA, NM, OK, TX. Region 2: AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, KS, MO, MS, TN. Region 3: every other U.S. state.
Freight orders
Orders over $1,500, and oversized pieces the configurator flags as freight, ship by truck. At checkout you pay for the product only. Once it's built we get a real carrier quote and send you a separate invoice for shipping before anything leaves the shop. No surprise charges.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number.
Outside the U.S.
For Canada or U.S. territories, contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
Returns
Everything we sell is custom built to your measurements, so we can't accept returns. Please double-check your dimensions before you order. If you're unsure, ask us first. We're glad to help.
Workmanship warranty
We guarantee the material quality, joinery, function, and finish of every piece when it's delivered. If you see a workmanship problem, email info@imperialmillwork.com within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a few photos.
The warranty doesn't cover:
- Damage after delivery, including storms and normal weathering
- Improper installation
- Ordering errors, such as a wrong size entered at checkout
